Connecting an account authorizes information to move between your financial institution, Plaid, and HyperFX according to the accounts and permissions you select.

Start the account-connection flow from HyperFX and select the supported financial institution and accounts you want to include.

Authentication stays in the connection flow
Authentication with your financial institution is handled through the applicable Plaid-powered connection experience—not by handing an online-banking password to HyperFX.

Authorized information powers the app
Depending on the accounts and permissions selected, HyperFX may receive balances, transaction history, merchant information, and other account information used to provide its features.
Disconnecting and deleting are different.
Disconnecting an institution stops future access through that connection, but it may not automatically remove information HyperFX previously received. Account deletion can be requested through HyperFX or by contacting support.
