Account Information
When you create or use a HyperFX account, we may collect information such as your email address, account identifiers, authentication information, and other information you provide directly to us.
Financial Information
If you choose to connect a financial account, we may receive financial information through a financial data provider such as Plaid. Depending on the accounts and permissions you select, this information may include:
- Financial institution information.
- Account names, types, and identifiers.
- Account balances.
- Transaction history.
- Transaction dates and amounts.
- Merchant names and merchant information.
- Pending transaction information.
- Other financial account information made available through your connection.
HyperFX does not need your online banking password in order to provide its account connection features. Authentication with your financial institution is handled through the applicable financial data connection process.
Information You Create in HyperFX
We collect information you create or configure within the Service, such as budgets, budget limits, savings goals, transaction classifications, recurring-payment information, preferences, and settings.
Subscription Information
If you purchase a HyperFX subscription, we may receive information relating to your subscription status, product purchased, renewal status, expiration date, and related subscription metadata from Apple and/or subscription-management providers such as RevenueCat.
We generally do not receive your full payment card number for purchases processed through Apple's App Store.

We may collect technical information necessary to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the Service, such as device information, application version, IP address, timestamps, diagnostic information, crash information, request logs, and interactions with features of the Service.

3. Financial Data Providers
HyperFX uses third-party financial data providers, including Plaid, to enable users to connect financial accounts. When you connect an account, information may be transmitted between your financial institution, the financial data provider, and HyperFX according to the permissions and accounts you select.
The collection and processing of information by a financial data provider is also governed by that provider's applicable privacy policy and terms.
4. Other Service Providers
We may disclose information to companies that perform services on our behalf or provide technology used to operate HyperFX. These may include:

We do not sell your financial transaction data to data brokers.
6. Data Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Data Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service, maintain your account, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, protect the security of the Service, and fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.
Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information and our legal or operational requirements.
8. Account and Data Deletion
You may request deletion of your HyperFX account and associated personal information through the account deletion functionality provided by HyperFX or by contacting us.
When an account is deleted, we will delete or de-identify personal information associated with the account within a reasonable period, except information that we are required or permitted to retain for legal, security, fraud-prevention, dispute, or other legitimate purposes.
Disconnecting a linked financial institution stops future access through that connection but may not automatically delete information that HyperFX previously received. You may request deletion of previously collected information as described above.
9. Your Choices and Rights
Depending on where you live, applicable law may give you rights regarding your personal information, which may include the right to request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of certain personal information.
You may also disconnect financial accounts, revoke permissions where supported, or request account deletion.
To make a privacy request, contact us using the information at the end of this Privacy Policy. We may need to verify your identity before completing certain requests.
10. Children's Privacy
HyperFX is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without appropriate authorization, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
11. United States Operation and International Users
HyperFX is operated by Hyper Innovations LLC in the United States. If you access the Service from another country, your information may be processed and stored in the United States or other locations where our service providers operate, subject to applicable law.
